BIO

Karen is a native born Californian currently living and working in Massachusetts. She has been an artist most of her life, mentored for many years by her father who was an architect and an artist. Her early art included watercolors, tapestry weaving and contemporary quilts. Currently, she is working on mixed media, digital collage, encaustic and art quilts. She works out of studios in her home and at Western Avenue Studios in Lowell, MA.
